The events will take place at the Hanoi Old Quarter Cultural Exchange Center, a beautiful and conveniently located venue in the heart of Hanoi. The dates for the tournament are from December 1st (opening and Round 1) to December 9th (departure).

5. System: There are three groups: the GM group, with a rating category of 7-8; the IM group, with a rating category of 2-3; and the FM group, which will have a minimum of 9 Round Robin games and a maximum of 11 Round Robin games in each group.
6. Time control: 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move starting from the 1st move.
7. Default time: 30 minutes
8. Registration: The registration deadline is 15 Oct 2023.

Certificates will be provided for participants of the tournaments.
11. Transfer:
The estimated taxi fare from Noi Bai Airport to the tournament venue is approximately 15 USD.

There are many hotels available with prices ranging from 300,000 VND to 350,000 VND per night, and they are conveniently located within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the playing hall.
